Payment in full is due before order production begins, unless prior arrangements have been made. Tustin Awards will not reformat artwork, email proofs, engrave or ship your awards without first receiving payment in full. Orders are not binding upon Tustin Awards until Tustin Awards agrees to accept them.
When supplying artwork and/or logos to Tustin Awards, you assume full legal responsibility for the copyright authorization and reproduction of the material you provide. You take full liability for any legal ramifications that may result from copyright infringement and/or negligence. You also agree to allow Tustin Awards to use any logos you provide on sample awards. These samples may be displayed on our website, in our showroom, etc.
All diagrams, specifications, and other information received by Tustin Awards from Buyer shall be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary, and not to involve any trade secrets, unless such information is clearly identified as confidential, proprietary, and/or trade secret information by Buyer and officer of authorized managing agent of Tustin Awards has specifically signed a confidentiality agreement relating to such information. Tustin Awards sales persons and other representatives of Tustin Awards are not authorized to accept any information from Buyer in confidence.
Our engraving programs have specific artwork requirements. Artwork must be provided to our specifications otherwise additional art charges may apply (see Artwork Guidelines).
Production begins after we receive artwork in an engraveable format and receive proof approval. Production time is 1-2 business days. Customers will receive proofs before production begins. Proof creation and approval generally takes 1-2 business days in addition to production time. Shipping adds additional time as well. Tustin Awards is not responsible for delays resulting from unsuitable artwork, slow proof review/approval, shipping carrier mishandling, etc. Production will only begin after payment and artwork approval are received.
Product Photos and Logo Usage
Product photos are the sole property of Tustin Awards and may not be reproduced without first receiving permission from Tustin Awards. Some of our product photos include awards pictured with logos. These award photos are samples of similar awards we have created for the respective companies, and the logos pictured are properties of their respective companies. The logos shown do not signify endorsement by the respective companies shown. In providing us with your logo, you grant us permission to use your logo on sample awards shown on our website or in our showroom, and you accept full responsibility for copyright, trademark, and usage requirements associated with your logo.
Copyright and Trademark Notice
Any artwork or material submitted by the Buyer will be accepted by Tustin Awards as being in complete compliance with all laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection. The Buyer, by submitting such information, represents that the information used by the factory will not violate any laws, and Tustin Awards disclaims any liability for compliance with such laws in using the Buyer’s artwork or material. The Buyer agrees to hold Tustin Awards harmless for any damages, costs, and/or expenses should they arise as a consequence of Tustin Awards’ use of said artwork, copy and other materials. All artwork, designs, and trademarks shown on the products displayed on this website are produced only as examples of the type and quality of the decorated products available from our line of products. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Pricing shown include engraving. Logos and artwork supplied in unacceptable formats will incur a $35 setup charge per file (see Artwork Guidelines for more information). Pricing shown is exclusive to online purchases.
Tustin Awards holds high standards for order accuracy and swift production. Customers will receive emailed proofs the business day immediately following order placement. (Artwork must be provided in an engravable format at order placement, or proof and production delays may result – see Artwork Guidelines for more information.) Upon receiving a proof, the customer is responsible for the comparing the text shown on the proofs with the text the customer provided, and notifying us of any discrepancies. If the proof is correct, the customer must provide written proof approval for us to proceed with the order. You must reply with any proof changes or approvals within 24 hours of receiving a proof to avoid production delays. Upon providing proof approval, the customer assumes responsibility for all aspects of order accuracy including, but not limited to, award style, award quantity, spelling, font, content, etc. We will not proceed with your order without first receiving written approval. The price of each award includes two free proofs. Any additional proofs will cost $10 each. Proofs must be reviewed thoroughly and in a timely fashion to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery. Tustin Awards is not responsible for production delays resulting from unacceptable customer supplied artwork, lengthy customer proof review, and/or customer failure to provide proof approval.
Tustin Awards is not responsible for lengthened production times caused by customer proof approval delays, errors in customer supplied delivery and/or payment information, or payment processing delays. Failure to approve proofs in a timely manner and/or provide accurate shipping and payment information may result in additional charges.
Information We Collect
Tustin Awards values your trust and respects your personal information; we will only collect information provided voluntarily by our customers and visitors. The information we collect includes, but is not limited to, your email address, physical address, billing address, telephone number, and credit card payment information. We ask that you create a username and password when using our website which will allow you to easily access your order, view proofs, track order status, and view previous orders. We will keep all customer records confidential, and you should not share this information with anyone.
Who Has Access to Your Information
None of the information you provide will be sold or rented to a third party. Tustin Awards will only share information with outside companies when required to complete your order (i.e. when shipping your order, processing payment, etc.). These companies will not use your information for any reasons other than to complete your order. We may also share your information when required by law, and/or when we deem necessary to enforce our site policies, protect our rights or the rights of others, protect property, or maintain safety.

Tustin Awards provides customers with the option to receive email updates featuring new products and special offers. If you would like to discontinue receiving these email notifications, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org listing your name and the email account you would like removed from the notification list.
