How Do I Get Started?
The more information you provide us, the faster the ordering process will go. At the minimum, we need the due date, quantity, artwork, and desired size to provide a quote.

How Much Do They Cost?
To ensure you receive the best price, we need the due date, quantity, artwork, and dimensions to provide a quote. Each lapel pin, challenge coin, and custom medallion order is completely unique. As a result, multiple variables will affect the cost. We will provide recommendations to ensure your order is perfect.
How Long is Production Time?
For completely custom projects, we recommend allowing at least 5-6 weeks after final proof approval. If you need something sooner, please let us know. Rush services or semi-custom options may be available.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
In short, due to manufacturing requirements, we recommend ordering at least 150 medals, 150 challenge coins, and 250 lapel pins. Lower minimum quantities may be available depending on the material and production method. In addition, we also offer “stock” medals which we can digitally print in full color or engrave on-site.
What Are My Customization Options?
Common options for customizing lapel pins, challenge coins, and medals:
- Material – zinc, brass, pewter, precious metals (gold, silver, etc.)
- Color – gold, silver, bronze, copper, gunmetal
- Artwork colors – no color (tone on tone), 1 color, multicolor
- Finish – shiny, antique, satin
- Shape – round, rectangle, square, custom
- Dimensions – diameter or length/width (depending on shape), thickness
In addition, customization options are available for custom medallions! Medals, pins, and coins come in individual polybags. As a result, we offer a variety of presentation boxes. Ranging from velvet jewelry style boxes to acrylic cases and even premium wood boxes. It is also common for companies who use lapel pins to commemorate special certifications to add gemstones or drop bars to the pins for the respective milestones.
Our on-site engraving and full color digital printing allows us to personalize to add a more personal touch. We can also add serial numbers to coins. This can be used indicate they are part of a limited run and create a higher value.
